We all have a natural ‘kick ass’ disease fighter inside us called the Immune System.
A quick, easy way you can naturally strengthen your Immune System is through a Yogic Breath called DOG BREATH.
Here is How You Do It
- Sit up with a straight spine, chin in and chest out.
- Stick your tongue out all the way
- Begin panting like a dog through your mouth ( rapidly breathing in and out through your mouth)
Continue for 3 – 5 mins
To End: INHALE hold breath for 15 sec while pressing the tongue against the upper palate. EXHALE and repeat two more times.
It’s going to feel ‘weird’ – you will feel tingling all over your body – this means that it is working!

[...] Pranayam (breath control) is important to keep your cells nourished with oxygen. Here is an easy pranayam that will strengthen your immune system in less than 3 min. [...]

Thank you for sharing this wonderful technology.
I did it with the three repeats, I got better at the technique with each endeavor. The first time I tried doing it in the chair I was sitting in, not very mindful of the posture and so I found myself drooling! Then I hit the sheepskin and assumed the posture and voila! I am armed and ready for come what may.
How often would you recommend we do this…3 times per week? daily? once per month?
Thanks kindly,

Make sure your spine is straight so that the energy can move. I would suggest doing this daily especially during the flu season !
health and happiness to you ,
