Yes this meditation is powerful ! Breath of 10 will also remove any depression.

I would say can do it from 11 mins  to a maximum of  16 1/2 mins .

Do your BEST ! Sometimes we must work up to the time. You are also experiencing doing this on your own without the support of the group. I will teach this sometime in class and you will feel the difference the group energy makes.

This  is magnetic energy therapy. The energy connection between the hands must not be broken. The exercise triggers the command center to wake up the 
IMMUNE SYSTEM 

The Breath of Ten is  a complete breath in the line of Breath of Fire.
 
It can give you a free body, a clear, meditative mind and develop

I downloaded and tried to strenthen my immune system with the meditation, I could only do it for 4 minutes!  I found my nostrils burning and then I became dizzy and so ended it with the 20 second press to my face and then to my naval point.  Hopefully I got the &quot;condensed&quot; version of the benefits or perhaps not...perhaps there are no shortcuts!  I did the best I could for now.  I&#039;ll keep at it.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful technology.  

I did it with the three repeats, I got better at the technique with each endeavor.  The first time I tried doing it in the chair I was sitting in, not very mindful of the posture and so I found myself drooling!  Then  I hit the sheepskin and assumed the posture and voila!  I am armed and ready for come what may.

How often would you recommend we do this...3 times per week?  daily?  once per month?
